CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid any confusion, we have outlined our policy on cancellations below:
- If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to the activity/tour for a full refund, with the exception of emergencies (transfer fees may apply).
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity/tour or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount.
- Refunds will be credited back to the same Account used for the reservation.
- In the event of inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, we may need to cancel the activity/tour at short notice. In such cases, visitors will not incur any expenses and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Please note that depending on your bank’s policies, it may take 7 to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account
