CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To avoid any confusion, we have outlined our policy on cancellations below:

    1. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to the activity/tour for a full refund, with the exception of emergencies (transfer fees may apply).
    2. If you cancel within 24 hours of the activity/tour or fail to show up, you will be charged the full amount.
    3. Refunds will be credited back to the same Account used for the reservation.
    4. In the event of inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, we may need to cancel the activity/tour at short notice. In such cases, visitors will not incur any expenses and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
    5. Please note that depending on your bank’s policies, it may take 7 to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account
