Felina Ridgewood  is seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to support their bartending team and ensure smooth bar operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent service behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes
• Ensure bartenders have everything needed to serve customers efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, floors, and storage spaces
• Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Refill ice bins and change kegs as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Remove trash and recycling promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
• Support bartenders during busy shifts to maintain service speed and quality

Qualifications

• Previous barback or hospitality experience 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of beverages)
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs or more
