Entry-Level Solder Helper | Vista | 1st Shift | $18.00-$19.00/hr

Job Description

This entry-level Solder Helper role supports the production team by assisting with basic soldering and assembly tasks in an electronics manufacturing environment. You will work closely with experienced technicians, prepare materials and workstations, and learn proper soldering techniques while helping to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in manufacturing or electronics and is eager to learn, reliable, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic soldering of electronic components and circuit boards under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Support soldering technicians and production staff with day-to-day assembly and production activities.
  • Prepare and organize materials, tools, and workstations before and during production runs.
  • Inspect parts for visible defects before and after soldering to help maintain quality standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift.
  • Handle small parts with care and precision to prevent damage and ensure proper assembly.
  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines while performing all tasks.
  • Stay focused on repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
