Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, within the Performance Management Unit, of the Performance Management Branch, in the Office of Administrative Services, the Analyst I provides consultative services to Department of Industrial Relations' (DIR) managers and supervisors on preventive and corrective levels of performance management, performs a variety of analytical assignments on performance management, and develops and delivers performance management training for supervisors and managers.

Working Conditions

This position is located at: 1416 9th Street, Floor 13; Sacramento, CA 95814.

The incumbent works in an air conditioned, high-rise office building with natural and artificial lighting. In addition, the incumbent works in a cubicle in close proximity to others.

We offer a hybrid work schedule that is consistent with our department’s telework policy.
