You'll work with individuals and families through virtual Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits , answering questions, assessing their needs, and guiding them through appropriate coverage options.
No previous insurance experience is required. We welcome candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military service, administration, call centers, sales, and other client-facing backgrounds.

As a Remote Benefits Representative , you'll combine customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.
Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with qualified members interested in learning about available benefits
Listen to clients and identify their individual protection needs
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Deliver a professional, service-focused client experience
Your relationship with clients continues beyond enrollment. You'll also assist with:
Policy reviews
Beneficiary updates
Coverage questions
Policy changes and service requests
Claims-related guidance
Follow-up communication
Changes in family protection needs
The goal is to build long-term relationships based on service, trust, and continued support .
