Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote- Albany, NY

Engagement: 1 Year | 40 hours/week

What skills are needed to be successful in this role:

• Experience with the Salesforce technology stack to include SOQL, Client, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML, and flows
• Experience with Service and Sales Clouds
• Ability to read specifica ons and execute solu ons that meet those specifica ons.
• Understanding of rela onal databases and data integra on tools
• Strong team builder with an ability to build produc ve rela onships across a diverse organiza on.
• Contributes ideas and sugges ons to improve processes and systems.
• Perform all job responsibili es with respect, fairness, consistency, and inclusion.
• Excellent communicaton and analytical skills and an ability to work directly with stakeholders for solu oning and product demos.

Preferred:

• Relevant technical certfications in Salesforce.
• Experience with a Ticketinng system such as Jira

Education, Certifications, Degree requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development

• Develops soware solu ons by studying informa on needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; inves ga ng problem areas; and following the soware development lifecycle.
• Determines opera onal feasibility by evalua ng analysis, problem defini on, requirements, solu on development, and proposed solu ons.
• Documents and demonstrates solu ons by developing documenta on (including SOPs and How-to ar cles), flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Works with the soware development manager to develop best prac ces and policies guides for soware engineers and testers.
• Performs peer review of code developed by fellow engineers.
• Develops test scripts and runs tests to verify deliverables meet the documented requirements before passing to QA.
• Mentors Soware Engineers to make sure they are developing solu ons according to established standards and methodologies.
• Prepares and installs solu ons by determining and designing system specifica ons, standards, and programming.
• Provides demos of built func onality to stakeholders.
