Job Description: As a Technical Recruiter at Lab37 Robotics, you will own full-cycle recruiting for the teams building our robotics systems—hardware, software, and technician roles that bring our products to life. This is an on-site, in-office position where you'll partner closely with engineering and operations leaders to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, run efficient interview processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
